Tipped into each deluxe copy was a playing card used by Vernon during the time that Revelation was originally written during the 1950s. Also, a formal portrait of Vernon produced specifically for this edition is tipped onto the title page. Includes a leather-covered slip case with the title and author’s name stamped with copper foil.
